2.1. General

Global Animal Aid Foundation is a registered non-profit organization. All donations directly support our programs in animal rescue, medical aid, and welfare initiatives.

2.2. Nature of Donations

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable gifts made to support our mission.
• No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations.
• Unless specified, funds are allocated to the areas of greatest need.

2.3. Refund Conditions

Because donations are used immediately to fund active projects, refunds are not normally possible. Exceptions may be considered if:

• The donation was made in error (e.g. duplicate payment).
• The donation was unauthorized or fraudulent.
• The wrong amount was entered accidentally.

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the transaction at info@globalanimalaids.com. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method, minus any processing fees.

2.4. Recurring Donations

You can cancel recurring monthly donations anytime via the email confirmation link or by contacting us directly. Cancellations apply to future charges only; processed donations cannot be refunded.

2.5. Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges

If you notice any unauthorized or incorrect charge, contact us immediately — we will assist in resolving the issue with our payment processor.
